Description of actual services provided in the assignment:
Solv RCM division is working on US Healthcare as a Revenue Cycle Management company. We have provided them with following staff for various activities:
Generating new Sales : Tele sales caller for leads generation – 2numbers. These Tele Callers call on the data provided by the client and work on pitch given by the client introducing various services by SOLV.
Operations- Credentialing Application: Credentialing Application specialists- 3 numbers. These staff members are working on submitting Credentialing applications of clients of SOLV to the selected insurance companies for their enrolment. Each employee is supposed to complete 5 applications per day.
Operations Billing: Billing Executives- 2 numbers. These executives are working on posting bills of the clients of SOLV in the software given by SOLV.
Operations AR: Account Relievable Executives- 2 numbers. These staff members are following up with Indusrance companies on claims not received by clients of SOLV post submission of bills.
FTE: Full Time front office/admin executives – 3 numbers. These are Full Time dedicated staff working as Front office/admin assistants and working remotely for clients of SOLV.
