Logistic Management –Handling Inbound and Out bound logistics Operation for UK, Europe and . It involves transportation, timely deliveries, freight negotiations, distribution planning, mainstream business, B2B and food services.
Purchase and Planning – Managing 3PL, Supply and Production Planning, Inventory Management, Material Movement, Ageing and Scrap Reporting.
Procurement includes managing packaging material, direct and indirect purchase, material planning vendor management.
Customer Management- Managing Oder Processing, Inventory Analysis, escalation handling, documentation, 
Import Management- Handling import documentation, ocean and freight costing, shipment handling 
Accounts and Finance Management – Managing Annual Budgeting & Forecasting, accounts analysis, cost analysis, profitability analysis and monthly reporting. All AR and AP related operations.
Data Analysis and forecasting – Daily sales reporting and analysis, and forecasting.
