Purchase Order Management System is an Application developed for Dubai based retailer who orders inventory based on the stock availability and lead time on order to receiving. The Application calculates the best time to order considering various inputs like need by date, lead time in different legs of international & domestic shipment & documentation and manufacturing lead time. The efficiency of the algorithm is governed by minimum deviation from the need by date and minimum cost of manufacturing and shipment. This application also takes care of making a Full truck load and full container load to minimize the cost and increase efficiency.
